Do you cater to corporate customers?

Yes, we provide a wide range of corporate style products for all situations. We can offer Corporate Customers with a variety of payment options and the best way to handle regular orders. Please contact our Customer Service hotline for any account queries or for a customized product quotes.
 

Do you cater to events?

Yes, we cater to all kind of event such as wedding, birthday party, baby shower and wake. Every event will be customize to individual customer's requirements.

Is there a delivery fee?

Yes, prices reflected on the website are not inclusive of delivery fees.

 They are:

 a) $20 for order below $80

b) Delivery fee included for order above $80

 

What are the delivery time slots?

Our delivery stars from 10am daily.

Options for your delivery time slot:

a) 12noon to 5pm

b) 5pm - 9pm

Simply indicate your preference when adding your order in the cart.

 

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes, we delivery from 12 noon to 9 pm daily, including weekends.
 

What are the payment methods accepted?

a) We accept payment by credit cards & bank transfer.

b) For bank transfer you can choose 'offline payment' at the check out page. The details will be send to you automatically via email.

 

How many days in advance do i need to place my order?

a) Place your order before 12 noon for same day delivery.

b) For urgent delivery, please contract +65-6291 2555 to check on the availability of your preferred floral arrangements.
 

Valentine day enquiry

Due to the large amount of orders created over the Valentine’s Day period, and to ensure a smooth delivery service, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to orders from the 12th to the 15th of February, after the 11th of February.
We are unable to guarantee any timed delivery requests over the Valentine’s Day Period. Orders will be deliver by 5pm to businesses and by 7pm to residential addresses.
