Yes, we cater to all kind of events such as wedding, birthday parties & baby shower.
Every event will be customized to individual customer's requirements.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, prices reflected on the website are not inclusive of delivery fees.
There is a $20 delivery fee from 12 noon to 6 pm. A fee of $30 for delivery after 6 pm.
What are the delivery time slots?
Our delivery starts at 12 noon daily inclusive of public holidays.
Options for your delivery time slot:
a) 12noon to 6pm
b) 6pm - 9pm
Simply indicate your preference when adding your order in the cart.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
Yes, we deliver from 12 noon to 9 pm daily, including weekends & public holidays.
What are the payment methods accepted?
a) We accept payment by Credit Card, PayNOW & Bank Transfer.
b) For bank transfer, you can choose 'offline payment' at the check out page.

How many days in advance do I need to place my order?
a) Place your order before 12 noon for same-day delivery.

Valentine day inquiry
Due to the large number of orders created over Valentine’s Day period, and to ensure a smooth delivery service, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to orders from the 12th to the 15th of February, after the 11th of February. We are unable to guarantee any timed delivery requests over Valentine’s Day Period. Orders will be delivered by 5 pm to businesses and by 10 pm to residential addresses.
We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee if your flowers wilt within 24 hours of delivery please take a photo of your flowers and email us at email@example.com or return them to us and we will supply you with new flowers. That’s our guarantee!
